• 5 fresh strawberries, capped • 1/2 cup organic orange juice
• 1 peach, pitted• 1/2 cup almond milk
• 1 cup spinach• 1 cup ice
Blend together all ingredients until smooth.
Yield: About 2 cups.

This smoothie has healthful carbs and B vitamins that provide quick energy combined with enough fiber content to keep kids going for hours. It’s a lightly fruity and delicious treat!
• 10 fresh strawberries, capped
• 1 banana, peeled

• 1/2 cup apple juice
• 1/2 cup blueberries
• 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
Blend all ingredients together. If you prefer, add some ice and make it a shake!

Berry Yummy Smoothie xxx

• 1/2 cow’s milk or almond milk
Blend ingredients well and enjoy. As with the others, if you’d like to drink it frozen, just add ice!

• 1 avocado, pitted and peeled
• 1 cup mango, pitted and peeled

Cut the pineapple into 1-inch pieces.
