• 2 stalks celery
• 1 cucumber, quartered
• 2 cups spinach
• 1 apple, cored and quartered
• 1 cup water
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!

You may want to add an apple or tomato to bring the flavors here back to familiar territory, but it’s delicious just the way it is. This smoothie is highly beneficial for your digestive and immune systems, and gives your brain a nice boost, too.
• 2 carrots with greens
• 2 lemon wedges, peeled
• 2 cups spinach
• 1 cucumber, quartered
• 1/4 bulb fennel with greens
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
Blend all ingredients well. Typically found in many Italian dishes, fennel lends a nice, peppery flavor to your smoothie.
Yield: About 3 cups.
